Honda is the world's leading manufacturer of automobiles. The MSX125 is another craftsmanship from the company in the two wheeler segment. It is expected to be available by the end of 2015 or the early 2016 in India.

Design and Style

The attitude and style of MSX125 makes it stand out different from others. It uses the steel mono-backbone frame that imparts a naked look. The HS1 35W/35W double filament bulb, projector headlight provides better illumination and clear view of roads. The 12-inch aluminum cast, low profile wheels enhances the beauty of this 125cc bike. The split structure of fuel tank gives it a perfect macho look. The upright positioned exhaust is fitted with chrome accents that make it an eye catcher. Engine and Gearbox

The MSX125 is powered by a 124.9.cc, air-cooled engine that will generate a maximum power of 9.65 bhp at 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.9 Nm at 5500 rpm. This two valve, single cylinder engine would be mated to a four speed transmission and a wet, multi plate clutch system. It uses the PGM-FI technology for fuel injection in order to make the engine more fuel efficient.

Brakes and Suspension

Honda MSX125 is equipped with single 220 mm disc with hydraulic dual-piston brake caliper at the front and single 190 mm disc with hydraulic single-piston brake caliper at the rear end. On the other hand, suspension duties are handled by 31mm USD front forks at the front and mono shock steel square pipe swing-arm at the back.

Ride and Handling

There will be a great fun to ride this naked bike. The extended wheelbase of 1200 mm offers you a safe and stable ride. On the other hand, the high ground clearance of 160 mm protects the under body from damages. The bike is equipped with a tyre size of 120/70-12 mm at the front and 130/70-12 mm at the back. The turning radius of 1.9 meters makes it perfect around edges and in city traffic too.

This stunning bike is expected to be priced around Rs. 75,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) may vary. Honda has not made an official announcement about the launch of MSX125 in India, it is a speculation that it will be launched in the Indian market by the end of 2015 or early 2016.
